Here we will cover a list of things you need to be aware of if your home or business has been damaged by fire. Safety is critical in this situation and caution should be exercised at all times.

1. Make sure that the fire dept. has cleared the building for structual integrity. This will make sure the building does not collapse on you while you work.

2. Use protective gloves and clothing, including safety glasses anytime you are in the building. There are a multitude of checicals and bacteria that can damage your health.

4. Start the cleanup by removing lose debris from the main walking areas, this will prevent trips and falls.
